Materials are shovelled into the hopper through a three-layer steel screen that separates oversized materials and can be used as an “anvil” for breaking up Sheets of rust scale. Sluicing jets Continuously wash the material down into the main jet stream. Cross-jets prevent build up of heavy and sticky materials that could interfere with the main jet. |
Vacuum cleaning through suction hose
When the cover is secured over the screen and hopper, a vacuum is created. By using the flexible vacuumhose and the vacuum head, it is possible to remove slurry, sludge and other liquids from areas otherwise inaccessible. The vac head incorporates a disintegration nozzle and control valve. |
